How do I make the Output Window Full Screen?

The ESC key toggles the output screen from a minimized window to a full screen image.

In Muséik 3.1.2 and later we have added a FULLSCREEN button in the center of the interface. Clicking on it will cycle between fullscreen and thumbnail views.
