How do distributor orders work?

Ion Concert Media is proud to offer products through several national distributors. If you place an order with one of these partners here is what to expect.

1. An order is placed for a product through one of our distribution partners (JW Pepper, Midwest Sheet Music, etc).
2. We are notified of the order details by the distributor.
3. Within 2-3 business days we will fill the order and send an email to the customer email address provided with the order. That email will include a Coupon Code and instructions for how to access, download and install your products.

Please note that you will need to place an order and create an account on our website as part of the process (we will provide a gift card for the value of your purchase to make your order free).

4. That's it. You will now be all set up to use Muséik to drive the media in your live event. The price of the Muséik software is included with your order. It is required to run the multimedia files.

      Content ordered from the Standard Library is delivered encrypted with a time license. All Standard Library product licenses expire on June 15. You are free to use the product for unlimited rehearsals and performances until the expiration date. After ...
